Sigma Tau Delta
English Honors Society
Member
The Sigma Tau Delta Chapter at UCLA recognizes distinguished and high achieving English students. I became a member of this honors society in 2022 and will remain a lifelong member. Through the club events I was able to present my various creative and analytical works produced in undergrad.
Departmental Honors in English
Directed Research Project
Departmental Honors in English at UCLA entails conducting in-depth research in order to produce a 40 to 60 page thesis project. I began my research in undergrad in spring 2022 and completed my thesis in spring 2023. I am one of the eighteen students to produce a thesis and earn English departmental honors in 2023. As such, I am well-versed in navigating different platforms for research.


UCLA College Honors
Member
The general college honors program at UCLA is designed to recognize and encourage high academic achievement. The program offers students a more challenging yet individualized academic pathway. The programs rigor has taught me significant time management, networking, presentation, and research based skills.
UCLA Women's Lacrosse
Player
During my time at UCLA, I was an active member of their club lacrosse team. As a student-athlete that at UCLA, I understand the importance of teamwork and communication skills. I know what it takes to succeed as a teammate and know what causes failures in the face of competition. Understanding the importance of teamwork has developed and enhanced my collaborative skills.



Bruin Book Club
During my time at UCLA, I was an active member of the Bruin Book Club. Every week the club discusses designated chapters from an assigned book. This club has equipped me with collaborative and analytical skills. It also provided me with knowledge on popular books within the current publishing market.
